E-shop

Your personal data are processed for the purposes of tender procedure, on-line execution and performance of a contract, and particularly allows us to receive and register orders, manage orders, send goods, issue a tax document, address withdrawals form the contract or complaints, if any.

Consumer contests

We process your personal data because you decided to take part in a contest and if you win, we need to deliver you the prize. Your personal data are processed for this purpose only if you grant us your consent thereto.

Marketing communication

Your personal data are processed for the purposes of customer care, provision of information about products and services, and conducting market surveys by way of the selected communication method. Your personal data are processed for this purpose based on legitimate interest or only if you grant us your consent thereto.

Loyalty programme

We process your personal data because you decided to take part in our loyalty programme and this allows you to register for the loyalty programme, and us to collect data about orders and payments, benefits acquired and used.

What is our legitimate interest?

In accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR Regulation, controller’s legitimate interest constitutes a legal ground for processing the data of data subjects without their express consent. Personal data are also processed based on the legitimate interest for the purposes of:

  1. protection of property, personal data archived, by way of the camera and security system;
  2. direct marketing, in order to improve our services and provide support to clients, increase efficiency by way of marketing tools;
  3. improvement of quality and efficiency of the services we provide through our entertainment facilities;
  4. focusing on the requirements on clients, improvement of the quality and expansion of the services offered.

You may grant us your consent to data processing in one of the following ways:

  3. by checking the relevant boxes on a contest coupon;
  4. by clicking the authorisation link in the e-mail message;

4. For how long do we retain your data?

Job seekers recording system

Documents relating to job seekers are retained for the period approved by the job seeker.

Accounting

Accounting documents are retained for 10 years.

E-shop

Purchase contracts executed by way of e-shop are retained until the order is closed and for the necessary time period during which clients may exercise their rights, e.g. complaints, and the time period set under the Slovak and EU legislation.

Purchase contracts

Purchase contracts are retained as long and the contract remains valid and for the necessary time period during which clients may exercise their rights, e.g. complaints, and the time period set under the Slovak and EU legislation.

Tender procedures

In case of tender procedures and price offers, personal data are retained until this procedure is closed and price offers expire, which is normally 30 days.

Complaints

Documents relating to complaints are retained for 5 years.

Enforcement of debts/lawsuits

Documents relating to lawsuits are retained for 10 years.

Marketing

Documents relating to marketing are retained for a period approved by the data subject or for a shorter period, if the consent was withdrawn. If the consent is not granted for a definite period, the personal data are processed until the purpose for which it was granted has been fulfilled.

Where do we transmit your data?

We do not, and neither intend to, transmit your data to third countries.

How do we protect your data?

Security of your personal data is of utmost importance to us. In order to protect your personal data, we have taken the necessary technical and organisational measures. We use secure web hosting, encrypted cloud services and an advanced ICT architecture. Both the data on the servers and communication with our web sites are encrypted and secure.

Your data are processed in the electronic and paper form. We do not use automated individual decision-making.

5. Final Provisions

This privacy policy enters into force upon publication on: 25 May 2018.
